Personal Interests

Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, David, and their 5 boys. She enjoys camping, the beach (with sunscreen), traveling, scuba diving, baking, and also is an online health coach in her spare time. She was born in Sweden and is fluent in Swedish. She grew up in California and has also lived in Wiesbaden, Germany and Savannah, Georgia.

Biography

S. Jennifer Ruddell, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant in Dermatology at the McIntosh Clinic, P.C., in Thomasville, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, with a minor in Chemistry, from Armstrong Atlantic State University (now Georgia Southern University), in Savannah, Georgia, and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also received the Les Davenport Award and Outstanding Biology Student Award. She then received a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South University, in Savannah, Georgia, and graduated with Honors.

Her professional memberships include being a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as a lifetime member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Tri-Beta Biological Honor Society.
Jennifer also practiced Internal Medicine for 8 years in Cairo, Georgia, prior to specializing in Dermatology. She works with her supervising physicians Dr. Joseph Howe, Dr. Cheryl Barnes, and Dr. Daniel Mitchell.
